Military Transition Executive & Leadership Coaching

 

 

Military men and women come to the private sector and corporate America with inherent leadership skills and capabilities. They are uniquely qualified to lead people in a variety of situations and circumstances, in the most stressful environments. However, the transition from military to a civilian profession is fraught with many “unknowns” for these individuals. Mentally and emotionally transitioning from military into civilian professional life, how one’s leadership MUST evolve to fit civilian environments, and how to navigate both overt and subliminal organizational cultures are all areas of critical importance. Sometimes these challenges appear immediately upon transition, and sometimes they become apparent within the first few years post-transition. We offer coaching to assist post-military executives and leaders acclimate to their new environments and refine their leadership philosophies and approach to expand beyond the military.
